Frasers Hospitality to open more Middle East properties

Frasers Hospitality debuted in the Middle East in March with the launch of the 91-unit Fraser Suites Seef, Bahrain. This will be followed by the opening of Fraser Suites Doha and another three assets in the region over the next two years.

Fraser Suites Doha comprises 158 suites and penthouses and occupies the top 23 levels of the 45-storey Sidra Tower in Sheikh Zayed Road. Set to open early in 2011, it will be the third location in the Middle East for Frasers Hospitality. Advanced negotiations are also underway for properties in Al Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh.

Aside from featuring light filled open plan living spaces, Fraser Suites Dubai provides full kitchen and laundry facilities, work desks, large balconies, marble bathrooms with exclusive Peter Thomas Roth amenities, luxurious bedding and daily housekeeping services.

Among its business facilities include a business centre, meeting facilities and a boardroom that can cater to small events for up to 30 people.

Around-the-clock reception and concierge are also available, as well as an in-house Aqua Café that offers a variety of dishes and full international buffet breakfast.

Fraser Suites Dubai also provides family oriented services and facilities, which include a children’s wading pool and sundeck, 25-metre outdoor swimming pool, squash court, tennis court, aerobics room, 24-hour gymnasium and Fraser Kid’s Club.

Frasers Hospitality now has 35 properties worldwide under both the Fraser and Modena brands, with 5,000 individual residences in 21 cities around the world. With 6,000 additional residences, the company is set to manage over 10,000 individual residences in the next two years.
