Esparina Residences, a 573-unit executive condominium (EC) project in Compassvale Bow was launched yesterday, attracting over 300 visitors who took 230 ballot numbers.
Unit sizes at the EC project range from 829 sq ft to 2,583 sq ft with prices ranging between $590,000 and $1.18 million for two-, three- and four-bedroom units. Penthouses are priced at around $864,000 to $1.3 million.
Frasers Centrepoint, the developer of the project and the property arm of Fraser and Neave, said 12 percent or 71 units at the project will be dual-key units, which means it can be divided into two separate units with different entrances.
Esparina Residences’ design has been conceptualised and introduced at 8@Woodleigh and Caspian condo projects, with similar units being offered at Esparina Residences due to their popularity, said Cheang Kok Kheong, CEO of Frasers Centrepoint Homes.
“These dual-key units were snapped up very quickly in our previous launches,” said Mr. Cheang.
