The URA has launched two residential sites located at Punggol Central/Punggol Walk and Seletar Road for sale through a public tender under the Confirmed List of the H2 2010 GLS Programme.
Together, the two sites can potentially yield approximately 1,080 housing units, offering homebuyers more housing choices.
The land parcel at the junction of Punggol Central and Punggol Walk has a total site area of 2.7 ha and a maximum permissible gross floor area (GFA) of 82,582 sq m. It could potentially yield about 810 housing units, and an additional GFA of around 417 sq m allowed for Matilda House, an existing conservation building located within the site.
Meanwhile, the land parcel at Seletar Road has a total site area of 1.7 ha with a maximum permissible GFA of 24,439 sq m, and could potentially yield up to 270 housing units. The site is situated in the established residential estate of Seletar Hills and is close to the future Seletar Aerospace Park.
The tender for the two 99-year leasehold sites closes on December 7.
