Property developer Hiap Hoe Group will be launching its latest residential project – the Waterscape at Cavenagh.
The 101,193-sq-ft freehold development project will occupy the former Le Chateau and Clemenceau Court site and it is just a five-minute walk to Orchard MRT station.
The project will comprise two 6-storey blocks and four 7-storey blocks of residential units. It will house 200 one- to four-room apartment units and penthouses ranging from 581 sq ft to 2,992 sq ft.
Hiap Hoe said that each of the units will feature designs and finishings from brands such as Gaggenau, Gira, Hansgrohe and Laufen.
The average selling price for the Waterscape at Cavenagh is about $1,880 psf. Hiap Hoe is expecting to receive the Temporary Occupation Permit for the project by December 2014.
