The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched a residential site at Upper Changi Road North / Flora Drive for public tender, with a minimum bid price of $82 million.
The 30,678.7-sq-m land parcel is situated within an established residential estate in the Pasir Ris area with condominiums like Dahlia Park, Carissa Park, Ballota Park and Edelweiss Park.
With a maximum permissible gross floor area of 42,951 sq m, the 99-year leasehold site is earmarked for residential development.
A variety of eating and entertainment outlets are available nearby at Century Square, East Point Mall, White Sands and Tampines Mall. It is also well-connected to the rest of the island through the Tampines Expressway (TPE), East Coast Parkway (ECP) and Pan Island Expressway (PIE).
URA will close the tender at 12 noon on 27 April 2010.
