Singapore gears up for Smart Expo 2010

SMART Expo, a two-day Investment and International Property Expo, will be held at Suntec Singapore International Exhibition and Convention Centre (Hall 401) from 10 am to 7 pm on March 27 and 28, 2010.

The free seminars, organized by SMART, will feature international property experts, who will be discussing topics related to buying overseas properties.

Apart from the seminars, many exhibitors will be in attendance, offering hundreds of overseas properties, which include choices of villas, condos, residences and holiday homes in locations such as Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, the UK, the US, Singapore, Indonesia / Bali, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

Over the course of the two days, there will also be ongoing panel discussions hosted by industry leaders from around the world, covering Malaysian, Australian, US and Singapore property markets and investment strategies.

Visitors can also get practical tips from real investors like award-winning image consultant Jill Lowe, Singapore investment expert Getty Goh, collective sales expert Dillon Loi, and PropNex CEO Mohamed Ismail Gafoor.

Steve Melhuish, CEO and Co-founder of PropertyGuru.com.sg, will also be one of the speakers on the first day and he will be a moderator of a panel discussion on the second day. He will speak about the property market outlook and investment tools for 2010.

In addition, Patrick Liew, CEO of one of the largest property agencies in Asia, HSR International Realtors, will discuss how to create wealth through property investments.

Other reputable speakers will also be attending the conference and will share their expertise about property investments.

The bi-annual SMART Investment and International Property Expo, has an established reputation for attracting quality investors with immediate and genuine interest in buying overseas properties and investing in financial products, including funds, stocks and alternative investments.
