Food Empire Holdings Limited announced that its subsidiary, Empire Instant Food Pte Ltd, is set to acquire a freehold property worth $13.9 million or US$9.9 million.
The property, which is located at 31 Harrison Road in Harrison Business Suite, has a maximum land area of 9,967 sq ft and a usable area of 20,408.54 sq ft.
The company said that “the acquisition would enable the group to take ownership in a property and enhance its corporate image and position as a listed company”.
