The URA has released four residential sites located at Tanah Merah Kechil Road, Petir Road, West Coast Link/West Coast Crescent and Alexandra Road for sale.
The land parcel located at Petir Road has been launched for sale under the Confirmed List, while the other three sites have been made available for sale under the Reserve List of the H2 2010 GLS Programme.
Aside from these four sites released by URA, the HDB has also released a residential site located at Elias Road/Pasir Ris Drive 3 for application for sale under the Reserve List. Together, the five sites can yield approximately 2,045 housing units and are well distributed in several locations across the country, providing developers and homebuyers with more choices.
With a site area of around 2.3ha, the land parcel at Petir Road will have a maximum permissible gross floor area (GFA) of 47,763 sq m and can yield approximately 430 housing units.
The 1ha-site at Alexandra Road will have a maximum permissible GFA of 48,768 sq m and can yield about 490 housing units.
The land parcel at Tanah Merah Kechil Road has a site area of 1.4ha and a maximum permissible GFA of 39,196 sq m. The site can potentially yield about 470 housing units.
On the other hand, the 1.3ha land parcel at West Coast Link/West Coast Crescent has a maximum permissible GFA of 35,445 sq m and can yield about 360 housing units.
The public tender for the Petir Road land parcel will close on October 7, while the three remaining sites will be released for sale if the criteria for triggering the sites are met.
