HDB has released two residential sites located at Sengkang Square/Compassvale Road and Pasir Ris Drive 1/Elias Road for sale.
The site at Pasir Ris Drive 1/Elias Road was released for sale under the Confirmed List of the H2 2010 GLS Programme, while the parcel at Sengkang Square/Compassvale Road was made available for sale under the Reserve List.
The two sites can potentially yield up to 805 residential units, providing homebuyers with more housing choices.
The site at Pasir Ris can yield 320 executive condominium units. It has a total site area of 15,142.2 sq m and a maximum gross floor area of (GFA) of 31,798.62 sq m.
The tender for the site will close on October 21.
Meanwhile, the residential site at Sengkang Square/Compassvale Road, is proposed for condominium development, and can yield up to 485 units. It has a total site area of 17,700 sq m and a maximum permissible GFA of 53,100 sq m.
Both sites have a 99-year leasehold period.
With the strong demand for private housing and land to build private residential developments, the government has put 18 sites on the Confirmed List and 13 sites on the Reserve List for private residential development under the H2 2010 GLS Programme. Together, the 31 sites can yield 13,905 private residential units.
