The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched the tender for a residential site located at Bedok Reservoir Road, making it the first residential site to be sold via the confirmed list under the H12011 GLS Programme.
The 45,622.9 sq m site will have a maximum permissible gross floor area (GFA) of 63,873 sq m. It is proposed for a condominium or public housing development and could potentially yield up to 640 housing units, with a leasehold period of 99 years.
Meanwhile, the URA also announced that it has accepted an application from a developer to launch a residential site at the junction of Bartley Road and Lorong How Sun for sale through public tender, after a developer committed to bid not less than S$191.78 million for the site.
It was put up for sale through the reserve list system on 30 November 2009.
The 99-year leasehold site has a total area of 22,094.4 sq m with a maximum permissible GFA of 61,865 sq m and could yield up to 620 housing units.
The URA will launch the public tender for the land parcel in three weeks time.
