Sing Holdings has acquired Robin Star at 10 — 12 Robin Road for S$47 million and the company plans to combine the 10-unit boutique property with its previously acquired 1 Robin Drive and Robin Court to make a 6,027.4 sq m site.
The total price tag for the freehold property works out to S$1,297 psf ppr, including an estimated development cost of S$5.28 million.
The three sites — Robin Star, 1 Robin Drive and Robin Court — were first put up for sale in the en bloc market in 27 November by Credo Real Estate. The marketing agent slashed 40 percent of the asking price for 1 Robin Drive and Robin Court, down from its initial price of between S$1,500 and S$1,600 psf ppr to between S$964 and S$996 psf ppr.
Robin Court comprises 15 apartment units, Robin Star comprises 10 apartment units and 1 Robin Drive is a detached house with a pre-school in the area.
Lee Sze Hao, Chief Executive of Sing Holdings, said the three sites, combined, are expected to offer a large-sized development with “good layout and design”.
