Real estate developers continued to report transactions yesterday, with Oxley Holdings announcing that it has sold 22 of the 36 residential units and three of the five shop units at Vibes@Kovan, which was launched over the weekend.

Roxy-Pacific Holdings, on the other hand, is launching its new residential development, Spottiswoode 18. The developer said prices will start from S$688,900. Agents had previously said that prices would start from S$700,000.
