Alpine Homes has launched a special preview of the Mer de Glace Hotel and Spa in Singapore, providing Asian buyers an opportunity to acquire a new luxury chalet-style apartment in a newly-developed hamlet in Nendaz, Switzerland.
“Switzerland has always had great appeal for overseas investors, including those from Singapore,” said Jeremy Rollason, Managing Director of Alpine Homes / Savills International. “Switzerland is known for a business-friendly environment, economic stability and, of course, its extraordinarily beautiful environs. Mer de Glace offers the only luxury lifestyle chalet apartments in Nendaz, making them even more alluring for today’s Asian investors.”
Currently under construction, the chalet-style apartments are suited to Singaporean buyers, being connected to the boutique Mer de Glace Hotel and Spa, which is also under construction. Upon completion, residents will have access to all the luxury services and amenities of the four-star hotel.
Due to be completed over the next two years, Mer de Glace features three- to five-bedroom luxury Swiss chalet-style apartments with ski-in / ski-out access, starting from CHF369,000 (US$386,220).
The apartments feature heated floors, fireplaces, television and internet connections and kitchens equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. Every apartment comes with a ski locker, underground parking and a cellar for storing personal belongings. The apartments will also be heated by renewable geothermic energy through a 200-metre borehole.
