Allgreen Properties Ltd plans to release Phase 2G of its Pavilion Park project off Bukit Batok Road.
“To date 432 units have been released for sale, of which 430 units have been sold. The strong response at the various launch stages underpins buyers’ strong demand for landed housing. I am confident the units to be offered will be taken up fairly quickly,” said Yong Voon Chen, Director of Sales and Marketing for Allgreen Properties.
He added that when fully completed, the development will comprise 552 units.
Joseph Tan, Executive Director (Residential) at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), which is the sole marketing agent for the project, said, “Phase 2G comprises 29 three storey terraces (including roof garden) of which only nine units (two corners/seven intermediate terraces) will be initially released for sale next weekend. The remaining 20 units will be made available for sale at a later date.”
He revealed that this phase will feature a unique corner terrace unit with a land area of around 4,400 sq ft and a 20m x 5m swimming pool.
The expected selling price for a corner terrace, with a gross land area (GLA) of 2,350 sq ft, is approximately S$2.95 million, while the intermediate terrace, with a GLA of between 1,700 sq ft and 1,800 sq ft, will be offered at around S$2.45 million.
The Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) for Phase 2G is expected in December 2014.
