Parc Vera, a 452-unit condominium development in Hougang, is set to be launched tomorrow.
Comprising four 18-storey residential towers, Parc Vera offers two- to four-bedroom units, as well as two-bedroom-plus-study units and penthouses. Sizes range from 710 sq ft for a two-bedroom unit to 3,950 sq ft for a penthouse.
“Parc Vera also offers very lush landscaping, including a large water cascade that flows from the third storey to the first. Various units also enjoy very scenic, unblocked views which are getting increasingly rare,” said a source from OrangeTee, which is marketing the project.
Units at the 99-year leasehold condo are built in an inward facing U-shape arrangement, towards a pool-centric landscape in the middle.
Sim Lian (Hougang) Ltd, the developer of the project, said the landscape is “arranged on two floors, the third and first storey, with water as the main element. A large water cascade flows from the third storey down to the first storey, linking the two floors of landscaping.”

Located near the Hougang Town Centre, Parc Vera is well connected to major roads and expressways such as the Central Expressway (CTE), Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) and Tampines Expressway (TPE). It is also close to several shopping centres like Kang Kar Mall, Hougang Mall and Hougang Plaza, as well as various amenities, such as a FairPrice supermarket, clinics, banks and eateries.
OrangeTee said it expects a healthy response from buyers, particularly from HDB upgraders in the vicinity who are looking to upgrade within the same estate.
