The St. Regis brand will mark its first foray into Shenzhen with the launch of the St. Regis Shenzhen, slated to open in late 2011 atop Kingkey building, the eighth tallest building in the world.
“We are looking forward to introducing the St. Regis brand to Shenzhen and southern China,” said Stephen Ford, General Manager of the St. Regis Shenzhen.
Spanning the 73rd to 100th floors, St. Regis Shenzhen offers 257 guest rooms and 40 suites, luxuriously fitted with modern facilities and offering spectacular views. It is the first hotel in Shenzhen to provide the famous St. Regis Butler Service for all guests, setting a new white glove standard of service for visitors to the city.
In addition, the St. Regis Shenzhen features several world-class restaurants and lounges, including Tian Gong, Social, Elba, St. Regis Bar, Drawing Room, Decanter and Malt and Library.
Ideally located in Shenzhen’s financial and shopping district, the St. Regis Shenzhen is just a short walk away from key business and retail amenities. It is just an elevator ride away from the KK Mall, offering high-end shopping on the lower floors of the building. It is also near to famous landmarks in China like the Lake of the Immortals Botanical Gardens, Lianhua Mountain Park, Shenzhen Mangrove Reserve and Wutong Mountain National Park.
“The St. Regis Shenzhen is the ultimate urban address that will offer a new benchmark of flawless service, classic sophistication and modern luxury that has yet to be seen in Shenzhen,” said Ford.
