Another 105 units have been sold at A Treasure Trove over the weekend, taking the total sales for the 99-year leasehold condo development to 625 units, according to a report by The Business Times.

The report said that the average price of the newly released units have been raised from the original price tag of S$866 psf. Sim Lian launched the preview of the 882-unit condo project on 8 September. Since then, 790 units have been released for sale, with the two- and four-bedroom apartments proving the most popular.

Over at the Meyer Road area, about 108 units have been sold at Hong Leong Holdings’ The Meyerise project. The developer released another 30 units for sale over the weekend, bringing the total units released to 150 units. The development will comprise two- to four-bedroom units as well as penthouses in two 31-storey blocks.

Meanwhile, sales at The Luxurie stood at 202 units as of 18 September 2011. Its developer Keppel Land has released a total of 250 units to date and has sold 51 units at the project so far this month. The report said that prices for the units, which stand at S$980 psf, have not been revised.

Some market watchers said that The Luxurie’s higher pricing turned the attention of many home buyers to Sim Lian’s A Treasure Trove project. However, they noted that Keppel Land’s higher price for the condo reflects its strategic location and superior finishings.
