Singapore’s property investors and buyers will witness a large display of regional and global property investment options at the upcoming SMART Investment and International Property Expo.
The Expo, which is in its 23rd edition of the longest-running series of overseas property exhibitions in Asia, is exclusively sponsored by PropertyGuru.
It will showcase some of the best residential properties in the world, including Thailand’s beachfront villas, Melbourne’s and Tokyo’s inner city apartments and even family homes in Florida.
With Singapore’s skyrocketing property prices, more home buyers are considering alternative property investments overseas, such as properties in Bali, with starting prices of S$58,000, as well as foreclosed homes in the US, with prices going at S$56,000.
More than 20 interactive seminars will be conducted for visitors with best-selling authors and experts discussing property investment and related topics.
PropertyGuru CEO Steve Melhuish will be providing the property market update for Singapore, while the company’s Regional Group Editor Andrew Batt will serve as the moderator of the global property panel discussion and MC various seminars.
The SMART Investment & International Property Expo will be held at the Suntec International Convention and Exhibition Centre on 1 and 2 October 2011. For more details, please visit http://www.propertyguru.com.sg/singapore-real-estate-event/260.
