Hong Leong Holding’s Sage at Nassim project (pictured) has received the Highest Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS) score to date across the private housing category.
Betsy Chng, Head of Sales and Marketing, said: “Hong Leong Holdings has always placed a premium on quality workmanship, so we are very proud this award recognises our efforts in ensuring that our development meets international standards.”
Introduced by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA) in 1989, CONQUAS is a standard assessment system for gauging work quality of building projects in Singapore. A high CONQUAS score means that a building has good quality workmanship and construction.
Chng added that the company is committed to work with top contractors that deliver good quality projects. Woh Hup was the contractor for the Sage at Nassim which achieved its TOP (temporary occupation period) on 20 July.
