To attract more buyers, the 394-unit Heron Bay executive condominium (EC) project along Upper Serangoon View (pictured) will integrate luxurious features into its homes.
“We are introducing a premium class EC with a number of luxury condominium features, as well as other pampering and thoughtful design touches,” said Vincent Ong, Managing Partner at Evia Real Estate Management.
The project will feature a hydroactivated swimming pool with “healthful cell-hydration properties”, a watersports centre with kayaks for free rental, living rooms with en suite private pool cum Jacuzzi and complimentary broadband service from M1 in the first year of occupancy.
Two-bedroom units range from 775 to 915 sq ft with sizes of three-bedders ranging from 1,023 to 1,582 sq ft. Meanwhile, the four-bedroom units measure between 1,281 and 1,819 sq ft and five-roomers range between 1,496 and 1,938 sq ft.
Additionally, penthouses starting from 1,991 sq ft with three- and five-bedroom options are also available. The project will also have full condo facilities, a card access security and basement car parks.
Market observers predict that the project will have an indicative average selling price of between S$715 and S$720 psf.
Heron Bay is being developed by a consortium of civil engineering construction firms – Evia Real Estate Management, Ho Lee Group and See Hup Seng Ltd, Hwa Seng Builder and Chye Joo Construction.
E-applications for the units will start on 16 September while bookings will begin on 26 October.
