One Dusun Residences (pictured) off Balestier Road topped the list of best-selling projects in August, according to OrangeTee Research.
In a Singapore Business Review report, OrangeTee noted that 99 percent or 153 of the 154 units at the project were sold at a median price of S$1,532 psf. Aside from residential units, the freehold integrated development features a two-storey retail mall.
The agency attributed the strong take-up to several factors, including it being a rare freehold mixed-used development within the Balestier-Thomson vicinity, near to Novena MRT station and the upcoming Thomson MRT Line (TSL), and within close proximity to retail and commercial amenities.
Meanwhile, other projects that saw strong sales were Parc Olympia which sold another 110 units (total 486 units) at a median price of S$870 psf, and Bartley Residences which sold 70 additional units (200 units launched, total 702 units) at a median price of S$1,246 psf.
In addition, 65 more units (of 65 units launched, total 510 units) were sold at V On Shenton at a median price of S$2,019 psf, while Flo Residence saw buyers snap up 62 more units (67 units launched, total 530 units) at a median price of S$843psf, added OrangeTee.
