Properties from Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines and Cambodia will be flying the flag for Southeast Asia at a major British overseas property exhibition later this month.
A Place in the Sun Live is the largest overseas property exhibition in the U.K. It takes place in the English city of Birmingham on September 28-30. More than 100 exhibitors will be showcasing thousands of properties from all over the world, including the popular destinations of Spain, France, Italy, Portugal and Florida.
Century 21 Overseas will be exhibiting Cambodian property, while Beachprojects Developments is set to exhibit its Thailand offerings. Knight Knox will be profiling projects from Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines.
Alastair MacDonald, Senior Director for Knight Knox, told DDProperty.com: “We’ve seen interest in Thailand, and especially Pattaya, coming back strongly in the last nine months. Property in Pattaya represents excellent value for money for many British buyers.”
Macdonald, who has been involved in selling property since 1979, added: “I’ve never been as busy as I am right now, even going back to the good old days in the mid- 1980s.”
Knight Knox has been representing developments from, among others, Heights Holdings at property exhibitions around the region and further afield. Booming sales of Thailand properties contributed to record-breaking sales for the company in July.
Tickets to A Place in the Sun Live cost £10.00 (S$20.00) however PropertyGuru Group readers can obtain free tickets to the event by registering at http://www.aplaceinthesun.com/etickets/allproperty.html
