The Inflora, a new condominium along Flora Drive in Upper Changi, received overwhelming response on Friday – its first day of launch.
At the end of the day, more than 250 options to purchase were issued to prospective buyers.
The Inflora is a 396-unit development by Hong Leong Holdings, City Developments Limited (CDL) and TID Pte Ltd.
Unit sizes range from 462 sq ft for a one-bedroom apartment to 1,302 sq ft for a four-bedder, and 1,463 sq ft for a dual-key home. Prices start from over S$400,000 for a one-bedder.
The project is located near Tampines MRT station and the future Tampines East MRT station which will open in 2017. It is also within easy reach of Changi Airport, shopping malls and educational hubs.
