Resort operator Bintan Resorts has launched the first seaside residential villas in Bintan’s Lagoi Bay, dubbed Pantai Indah (pictured).
Developed by PT Buana Megawisatama, a unit of Singapore-listed Gallant Venture, the 13ha project will be managed by Holiday Villa International.
Comprising 139 one- to two-bedroom villas with built-up areas ranging between 1,292 and 2,174 sq ft, the fully-gated community offers 24-hour security and direct access to the beach. Prices start from S$435,000.

The development will be within easy walking distance to both the new Lagoi Bay Village Mall and Plaza Lagoi, as well as upcoming resorts, shops and restaurants. A private airport to be ready by 2015 will also serve the area.
