Two semi-detached and three terrace houses in the residential enclave of Sembawang Park have been launched for sale by tender, marketing agent CBRE said.
The terrace houses at Kerong Walk have land sizes of between 2,187 sq ft and 2,946 sq ft, while the larger semi-detached properties have areas of 3,775 sq ft and 4,661 sq ft.
The total guide price is S$15 million or S$943 psf, with prices for the terrace houses ranging from S$950 – S$1,100 psf and semi-detached houses between S$850 – S$900 psf.
Galven Tan, Associate Director (Investment Properties) at CBRE, said: “These houses are unique in their design as they are based on the functional needs of a modern family, taking full advantage of the lush natural surroundings. They stand out from the typical ‘cookie-cutter’-type of developments in the neighbourhood. The asking price is very competitive and we expect keen interest in the tender.”
“The neighbourhood has become a popular choice amongst families in recent years principally because it is developed around the mature Sembawang Park, thus enjoying the lush and tranquil greenery. In particular, 53 Wak Hassan Drive directly faces the park. The neighbourhood appeals to families and this is apparent in the active transactional volumes,” Tan added.
The tender exercise for the five properties closes on 31 October.
