Frasers Centrepoint’s Twin Fountains executive condominium (pictured) in Woodlands saw strong buyer interest at its launch yesterday, drawing 155 e-applications as of 5pm, reported The Straits Times.
Notably, 31 percent of the applicants were first-time home buyers.
Steven Tan, Managing Director at Orange Tee, noted that the number of applications received was positive considering the launch was held on a Wednesday – a time when most buyers are busy at work.
“We anticipate that the number of e-applications made will increase steadily over the 11-day e-application period, with more notable increases on weekends,” said Cheang Kok Kheong, Chief Executive of Frasers Centrepoint Homes.
Jointly developed by Frasers Centrepoint and Lum Chang, the 418-unit project offers homes priced from S$580,000 for a two-bedroom apartment to S$1.26 million for a four-bedder dual-key unit.
E-applications for the EC will remain open until 21 April.
