CapitaLand and Vietnamese property developer Khang Dien have jointly topped out PARCSpring, an urban living community along the river promenade in Binh Trung Dong Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.

The event was attended by hundreds of guests including business partners, officials from the Singapore Consulate, home buyers and the media.

CapitaLand’s second residential project in the city comprises 404 apartments spread across two 18-storey and one 12-storey buildings, with sizes ranging from two- to three-bedroom units. It is located along the fringe of the CBD and is within proximity to Thu Thiem Tunnel and the future Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay Highway.

PARCSpring also offers basic communal facilities and extensive landscaping. The apartments will be specifically designed with a functional layout to maximise living space.

“We are proud to have achieved structural completion of PARCSpring despite current market challenges,” said Yip Hoong Mun, Deputy CEO of CapitaLand Vietnam.

“We will complete and handover the committed quality project to home buyers as scheduled. This is testament to our strong delivery track record and commitment as an international real estate developer in Vietnam. We will continue to build more homes that are of high quality and value.”

Ly Dien Son, Chairman and General Director of Khang Dien, added: “We are confident that our collaboration (with CapitaLand) in Ho Chi Minh City will meet the needs of the mass market home buyers who have the highest fundamental demand for quality housing.”
