Vantone Taipei 2011 (pictured) will be unveiled in Singapore on 13 and 14 April, leveraging on its successful launch in Hong Kong with sales exceeding the 75 percent mark.
Located in Taiwan, the development comprises luxurious vacation homes and has seen significant Chinese interest due to strong ties between mainland China and Taiwan.
Lin Zhongsen, the Chairman of the Taiwan Straits Exchange Foundation, and his delegation recently visited China in a bid to help Taiwanese developers source for investment opportunities from mainland enterprises.
“Since the implementation of the Cross-Straits Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA) in 2011-2012, developers have seen record numbers of Mainland China tourists to Taiwan,” noted Yang Yi, spokesperson for the Taiwan State Council Public Affairs Office.
