The number of London properties being sold to Singaporean buyers and investors shows no signs of stopping as four more developments are set to be showcased in the city state this weekend.
Putney Plaza (pictured) in the capital’s southwest is being exhibited by Knight Frank on behalf of developer Art Estates in what is being marketed as the ‘exclusive world premier launch’.
The development is touted as being the most significant new apartment development in the area for five years. Recent research revealed that Putney is currently seeing 3.6 tenant applications for every available property.
The project will feature 148 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and panoramic Sky Gardens and penthouses in four buildings. Prices start from £425,000 (S$802,485).
Putney is also the location of CBRE’s latest London property – London Square – which is also being exhibited in Singapore this weekend. Prices for the 76-unit development start at £390,000 (S$736,398).
Redrow Homes’ Amberley Waterfront development is being exhibited by Colliers. The west London project features 47 luxury residences in Maida Vale, all with water-facing balconies.
Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is showcasing Arundel Great Court, located in The Strand with views of the River Thames.
Doris Tan, Director of International Property Services for JLL, said: “We have worked with the developer before and sold one of their developments in prime Central London at Marshall Street. This is close by Bond Street and Carnaby Street, and all who purchased have done very well. Prices have appreciated by at least 30 percent.”
Arundel Great Court enjoyed strong interest and sales during a similar sales event in Kuala Lumpur last weekend. Prices start from £1.1 million (S$2.07 million).
Property investment opportunities from Malaysia, Australia, Canada and Dubai are also being exhibited in Singapore over the coming two days.
