Canada project to exhibit in Singapore

Fresh from the successful launch of its Chestermere Manor townhouses in Calgary, Canada where 95 percent of the units were sold, Vision International Properties is in Singapore this weekend for the launch of Stony Plain Manor in Edmonton, Canada.

The freehold three-storey residential project features apartment units with built-up areas of 700 sq ft (one-bedroom) and 1,000 sq ft (two-bedroom) which are priced at S$178,800 and S$218,400 respectively.

Stony Plain Manor is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood called Stony Plain, about 20 minutes’ drive from downtown Edmonton. West Edmonton Mall, the largest mall in North America, is only 15 minutes and the University of Alberta is about 30 minutes away. The apartment units enjoy 2.7 metre high ceilings and are wheelchair accessible.

This is Vision’s first time bringing Canadian properties to Singaporean investors. The new project has just been completed and investors can purchase a unit and enjoy rental returns immediately under a rental pool programme which is managed by the company.

"What is unique about us is that we do not just sell the property units – we manage them, get tenants for you and assure you of monthly rentals," said Virata Gamany, Managing Director of Vision International Properties.

With estimated monthly rental returns of between S$1,200 and S$1,440, the units are expected to offer investors more than six percent net return-on-investment, and the expectation of strong potential capital appreciation.

The Stony Plain Manor property exhibition and seminar takes place on Saturday, April 20, and Sunday, April 21, at the Shangri-La Hotel, White Gardenia Room, Mezzanine Level 4th Floor, between 11am and 7pm.
