Singapore property buyers and investors looking at opportunities in the Land of Smiles will get two opportunities to explore the latest properties for sale from Bangkok at dedicated property exhibitions in Singapore this weekend.
Thailand property developer Raimon Land, together with international real estate agency Savills, are teaming up for an exclusive glimpse of 185 Rajadamri (pictured)– the most coveted condominium development in the vibrant city of Bangkok.
Situated in a historic, five-star neighbourhood, 185 Rajadamri offers the very best in cosmopolitan living and is just minutes away from the bustling business district. There is quick and easy access to upscale shopping malls, entertainment venues, academic institutions and embassies. It is also the last freehold residence in Bangkok’s most affluent neighbourhood, akin to Singapore’s iconic Cluny Road and Nassim Road.
Lionel Lee, Director of Raimon Land, said: “For prospective buyers in Singapore, investing in a property in Thailand is becoming an attractive option because of the competitive prices. With its prestigious address, innovative design and state of the art facilities, 185 Rajadamri is a safe investment that is sure to generate great value for money. Bangkok, just two hours away, is now a top destination. Thai people are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and that is an important factor too,” he added.
The exclusive debut of 185 Rajadamri in Singapore takes place at Klapsons, The Boutique Hotel, on April 26 and 27 between and 11am and 8pm.
Also showcasing in Singapore for the first time this weekend is Chateau in Town Sukhumvit 62 1/2 – a freehold central Bangkok condominium with prices starting at S$120,000. CMC, a listed Thai developer, is no stranger to Singapore and its latest offering features 79 one- and two-bedroom units located 280 metres from Bangkok’s mass transit network.
CMC’s showcase is being held at Hilton Hotel Level 5 between 10am and 6pm – with a seminar entitled ‘Why invest in Thailand property’ from the company’s head of regional project marketing happening at 3pm on Saturday and 2pm on Sunday.
