The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the residential site at Kim Tian Road (pictured) to Harvestland Development, after the company submitted the highest bid of S$550.28 million or S$12,517 psm.
Offered on a 99-year lease term, the land parcel has a total area of 10,990.6 sq m and a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 43,963 sq m. Located at the Tiong Bahru residential estate, the site can yield up to 500 housing units and is within proximity to well established amenities and the Tiong Bahru MRT station.
Tender for the site was launched on 28 February and closed on 18 April.
