Branding accolades for CapitaLand, Ascott

CapitaLand Limited and its a wholly-owned subsidiary, The Ascott Limited received the Business Superbrands Singapore status on 29 September.

Ascott is the only serviced residence company to receive the Business Superbrands status in Singapore, and CapitaLand is the only property developer on the list this year.

CapitaLand Group Chief Corporate Officer Tan Seng Chai said, “As a brand that is recognised and trusted, we will continue to build on our competitive edge as a leading enterprise that enriches people and communities through high-quality real estate products and services across a diversified portfolio of integrated developments, shopping malls, serviced residences, offices and homes.”

Business Superbrands is an internationally established branding platform which pays tribute to the best and most valued business to business brands around the world.

Ascott The Residence was also chosen as the Best Serviced Residence Brand in Asia-Pacific at the 2014 Business Traveller Asia-Pacific Awards for the 11th year running.

The Ascott Limited Chief Corporate Officer Tony Soh said, “These awards inspire us to continue to innovate and create unique Ascott moments for our residents. Besides continually upgrading our serviced residences to enhance customer experience, our staff pay attention to the little touches to make our residents feel at home.”
