PropertyGuru is stepping up efforts to improve the quality and comprehensiveness of its products, recently unveiling its new Transactor tool.
The tool aims to ease the process of buying and selling a property, by equipping users with vital information through the Transactor agents, including the overview of the surrounding neighbourhoods, transaction histories and rental trends of a specific private property unit. This information can then be generated as a valuation report to provide a clearer analysis of the unit’s unique selling points, specifically tailored to each individual.
In addition, Transactor agents’ listings will automatically have higher priority on PropertyGuru.com.sg, allowing property seekers to easily differentiate the agents who can provide them with these additional reports to support their decision making, reducing the hassle in their property search.
Steve Melhuish, Chief Executive Officer of PropertyGuru, said: “Transactor is designed with a simple objective – to create simple, concise and easy to digest reports for the agents to support their business with property seekers and sellers. These exclusive reports contain all the essential information to fit the buyers’, or sellers’, needs.”
Since its inception in 2006, PropertyGuru has introduced a range of tools and features to enhance the quality of their services provided, particularly in the quality of listing information on the website.
Other new product enhancements introduced to increase the accuracy of property listings include a new listing quality system as well as a floor plan database for both consumers and property agents.
“With more than 210,000 property listings, it is not only fundamental to build a positive user experience, but also to generate high quality leads for agents. We are constantly investing and working towards providing accurate data to give users the confidence that they are getting reliable information when they view a property on our site. This also builds credibility in the relationship between the agent and their clients,” added Melhuish.
Transactor is currently being used by over 600 property agents and the module is set to be officially launched next month.
