Three partners at Land Empire, a boutique investment company specialising in collective sales, land sales, commercial investments and the sale of Good Class Bungalows (GCB), join Colliers International today in its investment services team.

Stella Hoh is appointed an Executive Director and will assume the role of Head of Investment Services. She will lead the nine-member investment services team in Singapore, and take on the key role as one of the members of Colliers’ Asia Capital Markets & Investment Services group.

Quek Soh Hoon is also appointed as an Executive Director and will focus on the local investment market. She will also work with the Asia Capital Markets and Investment Services group.

Harvey Chia is now the Director of Investment Services. He has nine years of real estate experience and was with Citi Private Bank’s real estate investment team where he provided real estate advisory services.

Dennis Yeo, Interim CEO of Asia and Managing Director of Colliers International Singapore says, “The extensive combined experience of Stella, Soh Hoon and Harvey will contribute to and further strengthen the existing investment team. With the new additions, Colliers will take on more appointments and grow our investment business. In addition, I believe the three of them will bring a fresh perspective to the business.”
