Thailand listed developer Country Group Development declared itself pleased with the response to a preview event in Singapore last weekend for its Four Seasons Residences project – the first time the development has been showcased outside Thailand.
The official launch for the 355-unit 73-storey super-luxury tower project on the banks of the Chao Phraya River will not take place in Thailand until next month however a number of reservations were made at last weekend’s event in the city-state.
The project will feature two- and three-bedroom units have been master-planned in consultations with renowned architect firm Hamilton International, with ever unit being a corner unit and providing spectacular river or city view.
Kwanrudee Maneewongwatthana, Director of Marketing and Communications for the developer, explained: “The 36-rai L-shaped site, which will feature two hotels in addition to the residences, has been leased from the Crown Property Bureau for 25-years, with two further 25-year leases thereafter.”
She added that the development will be an idea base for world travellers, given the hotel-branded residences will offer buyers everything they can expect from a world-class hotel.
Clearing work on the site started earlier this year and the project is estimated for completion at the end of 2018.
Prices for units at the Four Seasons Residences in Bangkok start from S$1 million / THB 25 million, but will likely rise once the official opening has taken place.
