The highly anticipated The Santorini (pictured) at Tampines Avenue 10 will launch this Saturday (29 March).
Developed by MCC Land, the 597-unit condominium comprises one- to five-bedroom units of varying configurations, including penthouses.
Close to 35 percent of the apartments are three-bedders of between 85 sqm and 117 sqm.
According to market watchers, prices at The Santorini could average around $1,100 to $1,200 psf.
Surrounded by Bedok Reservoir, the Mediterranean-inspired project is located close to Tampines MRT station and major expressways. A range of schools are also nearby, such as Temasek Polytechnic and Singapore University of Technology and Design, among others.
Earlier reports indicated that this is the newest development in the area since Q Bay Residences by Frasers Centrepoint was launched just over a year ago.
MCC Land’s Senior Manager Richard Nah said, “The Tampines New Town, being Singapore’s largest residential estate and the second largest commercial hub outside the Central Region after the Jurong Lake District, has not seen a new condominium launch in a while. As such, we hope that The Santorini will satiate homebuyers’ demand for a new home in this region.”
