Crown Group’s new Viking by Crown development in Sydney is expected to be completed in the middle of this year.
One, two and three-bedroom apartments at the 110-unit project are now available for sale with prices starting from AU$660,000 (S$754,300).
Facilities are a 25-metre pool, gymnasium and ground floor terrace cafe.
Located in the upcoming Waterloo precinct in the central business district, nearby amenities include some of Sydney‘s best shops, cafes and nightlife.
Meanwhile, a new in-situ two-bedroom display apartment will be unveiled to prospective buyers in the coming months.
Designed by Australian architects MPRDG, construction work on the AU$80 million project started in 2012.
