London buyers spoilt for choice

This weekend sees another round of overseas property exhibitions in Singapore featuring five prominent developments from London.

Stratford Riverside (pictured), a new flagship mixed-use development by Weston Homes, is close to Canary Wharf and the City of London, the capital’s two financial and business districts. The project is a 27-storey residential tower providing 202 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses tailored to a luxurious specification, complete with double-height hotel-style foyer with concierge, café/bar, residents-only gymnasium and 7th floor roof garden. The global launch exhibition for Stratford Riverside takes place on Saturday, March 8, and Sunday, March 9, at Four Seasons Hotel, Windows West 20th Floor, between 11am and 7pm.

Berkeley Homes and JLL are showcasing Vista, Chelsea Bridge Wharf, a 384-unit development in the London Borough of Wandsworth. The 999-year leasehold project offers stunning landscaped gardens, a gym and pool as well as a 24-hour concierge. The exhibition for Vista, Chelsea Bridge Wharf will take place at Berkley’s Singapore offices at 10 Marina Boulevard, #16-04, Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 2, between 11am and 7pm on Saturday, March 8, and Sunday, March 9.

Property buyers and investors looking at the north-west of the U.K. capital can discover more about TNQ, a 999-year leasehold project from Neat Developments in an up-and-coming regeneration area of NW9. Singapore real estate agency OrangeTee is hosting the property exhibition for TNQ, which takes place on Saturday, March 8, and Sunday, March 9, between 11am and 7pm at Four Seasons Hotel, Windows East Room, 20th floor. The TNQ exhibition will also feature a London property investment seminar.

Elsewhere, Colliers International is exhibiting Rupert Street, Soho, in London’s W1 area. The 250-year leasehold project is a short walk to both Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square in the heart of London. The exhibition for Rupert Street takes place on Saturday, March 8, and Sunday, March 9, at Shangri-La Hotel, Orchard Suite Level 2, between 11am and 7pm.

Singapore real estate agency PropNex is hosting an exhibition for Baltimore Wharf, a completed Ballymore development close to Canary Wharf that offers rental yields of up to 5.5 percent. The exhibition featuring Baltimore Wharf takes place on Saturday, March 8, and Sunday, March 9, at Raffles City Convention Centre, Orchard Room Level 4, between 10am and 7pm.
