Banking on the continued interest for property in Malaysia, PropertyGuru will host another Malaysia Property Show (MPS) this weekend (15-16 March) at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre, from 10am to 7pm daily.
Now in its 8th showing, the exhibition will feature the latest residential projects from across the causeway, involving 14 of Malaysia’s top developers like Bina Puri, OSK Property and Tiong Nam Properties, among others.
There will also be a Malaysia Investor Forum to provide insights on property ownership, the new measures and the outlook for the Malaysian market.
Panelists on the forum will include CEO of Rei Group of Companies, Dr. Daniel Gambero; IHSV Managing Partner, Elizabeth Siew; Skybridge International CEO, Adrian Un; and Credit Suisse Vice President for Equity Research, Yvonne Voon. The forum will be moderated by Gerard Kho, PropertyGuru’s Country Manager (Malaysia).
Property in Malaysia remains attractive to buyers and investors here due to minimal foreign ownership restrictions, high capital appreciation potential of up to 15 percent, high return of investment potential, low capital gains tax on properties sold after five years of purchase and the favourable currency exchange rate.
