Philippine Property Show is back

28 Mar 2014

Following the success of such previous exhibitions, PropertyGuru is hosting another instalment of the Philippine Property Show this weekend (29-30 March) at Orchard Hotel from 11am to 7pm daily.

The two-day event will bring together top developers and features some of the best and latest residential and resort developments from the Philippines.

Participating exhibitors include Megaworld International, Greenfield Development Corporation, Robinson Land, Rockwell Land and Alveo, among others.

Also in attendance will be Philippine Trade & Investment Center Commercial Counsellor, Mr Glenn Peñaranda, who will deliver the opening address.

According to an IMF report, the Philippines saw a seven percent GDP growth in 2013. In terms of prices, properties in the major centres are about 80 percent cheaper compared to those in Singapore.

The show is expected to attract many potential buyers and investors, given the strong Singapore dollar and rising demand for overseas property.

Visitors also stand a chance to win two round trip tickets to the Philippines, courtesy of Cebu Pacific.
