A residential site (pictured) at Prince Charles Crescent (Parcel B) has been launched for sale by public tender to provide developers and home buyers with more housing options, said the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).

Launched for sale under the confirmed list of the 1H2014 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme, the land parcel could yield about 655 residential units.

The 99-year leasehold site measures 24,964.3 sqm with a maximum gross floor area of 52,426 sqm.

According to URA, the plot is located within an established residential estate and is close to Orchard Road.

The tender exercise will close on 16 April.
