Close to 1,000 visitors attended PropertyGuru’s Philippine Property Show over the weekend at Orchard Hotel in Singapore.
The event saw healthy buying interest, with at least 21 units snapped up over two days.
Buyers and investors included a mix of Singapore-based Filipinos, local-based foreigners and Singaporeans.
A range of new projects were showcased by developers such as Alveo, Greenfield Development Corporation, Megaworld International, Robinson Land and Rockwell Land.
The property seminars also proved popular, attracting a few hundred
attendees. Topics included the economic and property outlook for the
Philippines and the legal framework for foreign ownership, among others.
