London in the exhibition spotlight

4 Apr 2014

London property developments will again be tempting Singapore buyers and investors at property exhibitions in the city-state this weekend.

The trend of U.K. developers exhibiting their projects to buyers from Southeast Asia shows no signs of slowing, although Singapore is certainly seeing more developments away from the traditional prime central London buying hotspots that have dominated exhibitions in previous years.

This weekend will see Queens Place in London’s NW6 being exhibited by developer Londonewcastle in association with Savills.

The leasehold development offers 116 contemporary one- and two-bedroom apartments, which will be showcased at an exhibition at Four Seasons Hotel, Level 2, Crescent Ballroom, on Saturday and Sunday between 11am and 7pm.

Also in the spotlight is Paddington Exchange in W2m which will be offering its range of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments at an event at The Regent Hotel, Boardroom II and III, between 11am and 7pm on Saturday and Sunday.

The high-specification Taylor Wimpey development in Zone One is being offered by Colliers International.

The Forge in Westferry Road, E14, will also be in the Singapore spotlight at Four Seasons Hotel, Windows West Room, 20th floor, on Saturday and Sunday between 11am and 7pm.

Knight Frank is showcasing the gated development of luxury apartments which are being offered with a five percent rental guarantee for two years.

Aura (pictured) in the suburban location of Edgware, is also being showcased by Singapore real estate agency Reapfield in association with developer Weston Homes.

The event will take place at Marriott Hotel, Level 2, Lengkuas Room, between 10.30am and 7pm on Saturday and Sunday.
