25 Apr 2014

To be held at JW Marriott Hotel in Kuala Lumpur this weekend (26-27 April), City Developments (CDL) will showcase two major projects from Singapore, namely Jewel @ Buangkok and The Venue Residences and Shoppes.

Located along Tai Thong Crescent, which is a three-minute walk from Potong Pasir MRT station, The Venue Residences and Shoppes (pictured) comprises 266 apartments and 28 retail/F&B units.

Residences range from one- to four-bedders, two-bedroom+study duplexes and three-bedroom dual-key suites for multi-generational families. There are 3+study and four-bedroom penthouses also available.

“Sizes start from 495 sq ft for a one-bedroom suite up to 2,142 sq ft for a penthouse. The kitchens are fitted with premium appliances from Fisher and Paykel and Teka, while the bathrooms are adorned with elegant fittings from Duravit and Hansgrohe,” a statement said.

A short drive from the city centre and the upcoming Paya Lebar regional hub, this mixed-use project is accessible via major expressways and is close to good schools like St Andrew’s Campus and Maris Stella High School.

Meanwhile, the 616-unit Jewel @ Buangkok condominium is within proximity to Buangkok MRT station, and also houses a medical centre and 24-hour supermarket.

“It features six 15- to 17-storey blocks that house a selection of one- to five-bedroom apartments, dual-key units as well as penthouses. Unit sizes start from 463 sq ft for a one-bedroom unit to 1,701 sq ft for a five-bedroom type. Penthouses start from 2,067 sq ft to 2,540 sq ft.”

The development is also near suburban shopping malls such as NEX, Hougang Mall, Compass Point and Rivervale Mall.

Knight Frank has been appointed as marketing agent for the property showcase.
