Property agency ERA will be holding a public seminar this Sunday (6 April) at 2pm at Hersing Hub in Toa Payoh Lorong 5 that will focus on the HDB market.
ERA’s Key Executive Officer Eugene Lim will discuss on the market outlook, and provide tips as well as advice to consumers who may be looking to buy, sell or hold on to their flats. Lim is a property veteran with over 23 years of real estate experience.
Commenting, a spokesperson from ERA said: “We believe that this will be a very informative session for the public and for those who would like to learn more about the current HDB market, especially given the new policies and rulings in the property sector.”
The event is part of ERA’s series of public outreach seminars called ENRICH, which discusses various industry topics from market trends to government policies.
