Almost three quarters of units in the first phase launch at IconSiam have been sold inside one month.
The development – a joint-venture between joint-venture between developers Siam Piwat, Magnolia Quality Development, and Charoen Pokphand Group – will be at the forefront of plans to make 10 kilometres of Bangkok’s riverfront a new global icon.
A spokesperson for the developer told DDProperty.com: "We have sold most of the units at Magnolias Waterfront Residences in Tower 1 for over 70 percent now. There are some two-bedroom units available but very few units one-bedroom units left."
Prices were reported to be in the THB230,000 per sqm to THB360,000 per sqm, with a total of 379 units forming Tower 1.
Readers contacted DDproperty.com over the weekend after being told by sales agents that all of the one-bedroom units had been sold.
