A residential site at Lorong Puntong (pictured) and an Executive Condominium (EC) site at Sembawang Road / Canberra Link are launched for sale today under the H2 2014 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme’s Confirmed List.
Together, these two sites can yield about 900 residential units.
Offered on a 99 year-lease, the site at Lorong Puntong measures 10,502.8 sq m with a Maximum Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 22,056 sq m. it is expected to host about 280 units.
Located near to the upcoming Bright Hill MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line, the land parcel is close to Thomson Plaza and recreation amenities.
The EC site, on the other hand, measures 28,745.9sq m. With a GFA of 60,366 sq m, it can produce 605 units. Flanked by occasional low-rise landed housed, it also has a 99-year lease term. The nearest MRT station currently is Sembawang MRT and the upcoming Canberra MRT station is expected to be completed in 2019.
The closing dates for the tender for the Lorong Puntong land parcel is 8 October 2014, while the EC site at Sembawang Road / Canberra Link closes on 30 September 2014.
