Confidence back for Bangkok buyers

22 Aug 2014

Confidence in Thailand property investments has certainly returned, and this weekend another development – the 50-storey Skywalk Condominium – will again be showcased to potential buyers in Singapore.

The mixed-use development situated 140 metres away from BTS Phra Khanong along Sukhumvit Road, includes a retail mall, food market, two residential towers and a hotel.
This completed building is where art meets convenience in harmony, according to the developer, with stylishly furnished units, shopping and dining options at its doorstep, and a 49th storey sky lobby which boasts a 360 degree views of the Chao Phraya river. The building is topped with a commercial helipad on the 50th floor – the first of its kind for a residential project in Bangkok.

Units at Skywalk Condominium range from studio measuring 36.92 sqm to a three-bedroom measuring 112.68 sqm, with a furnished package and guaranteed rental returns of 6 percent for the first two years. Prices start from SG$198,058.

The exhibition for Bangkok’s Skywalk Condominium will be held at Raffles City Convention Centre, Level 4 Mercury Room on Saturday, August 23, and Sunday, August 24, from 11am to 7pm in association with Singapore real estate agency SQFT Global Properties.
