London's finest come to town

London property buyers are investors will have the choice of two prime projects which are exhibiting in Singapore this coming weekend.

JLL will be exhibiting Galliard Homes’ The Fusion in Cygnet Street, London, E1 (pictured), at St Regis Hotel, Senator Room, Level 1, on Saturday, September 13, and Sunday, September 14, from 11am until 7pm.

A selection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments – each with a private landscaped roof garden – are available with prices starting from £693,500 for the smallest unit.

The 999-year lease development is expected to be completed at the end of 2016.

Leven Wharf in London’s E14 will be showcased by Colliers on Saturday, September 13, and Sunday, September 14, from 11am until 7pm at the Shangri-La Hotel, Orchid Room Level 2.

A total of 96 one-, two- and three-bedroom units overlooking the River Lea will be available at the 999-year lease property, with prices starting from £325,000.
